Plugins Easier to integrate

The subscription system now has a different plugin section, plugins are no longer kept in the Joomla folder, it is inside the subscription admin which now makes it possible to manually subscribe users and include the plugin. Before when you manually subscribe, you had to also manually use each plugin.
